This thing is great, you forget that you are wearing it and I was surprised with the amount of chest padding, it was thicker than I had expected. However, if you're a big DH sender, you may want something more protective
For sizing, I am skinny and 6'1 and the M seems to fit slightly looser than I would like but the S was impossible to take off so I went with the M.
