Returns
For a smooth return process, kindly ensure the following:

Exact Condition: Return the items in the exact condition they were received. If the packaging is damaged or the swing tags are missing, we may reject the return. If the item comes back in unfit condition, it will be sent back to you, and the return will be rejected.

Packaging Integrity: Do not stick the courier ticket directly onto the product packaging. For instance, avoid taping it onto a shoebox. We cannot resell items with compromised packaging.

Note: Our ability to accept returns relies on the items being in resalable condition, including their original packaging. Freight costs are not refunded on regular returns.

We offer a hassle-free shopping experience with FREE RETURNS on almost everything (excludes Surfboards, Large Bulky Items).
How It Works:
1) Simple Returns Form: Access our easy returns form here.
2) Complete the Form: Receive your FREE Returns NZ POST Courier Ticket (North Island) or Posthaste Courier Ticket (South Island).
3) Print and Drop: Attach the printed ticket to your parcel and drop it at a nearby NZ Post Office/Shop (North Island) or Posthaste location (South Island).

Collection from Your House: Contact the courier company for collection if you're not in a rural area.

Australian Customers
For returns, please contact us at ridesupport@hyperride.co.nz. Due to GST & Duty Laws, we can't offer free returns for Australian customers.
Why No Exchanges?
We offer a vast range of products from different locations. Exchanges are challenging due to stock availability. We refund returns promptly, allowing you to repurchase the correct size or item.
30-Day Returns:
Return within 30 days in original condition with swing tags and receive a refund. Please note that we do not refund the freight cost for returned items. The Xmas returns period extends until the end of January.
Warranty Returns:
No warranty for snapped boards. Manufacturing defect-based warranties require supplier evaluation (up to 20 working days). Misuse voids warranty.
Faulty Returns:
Follow the return process; we'll inspect and send for repair or refund within two working days. Some faults need manufacturer approval.
Order Cancellations:
Once placed, we can't process cancellations. Please double-check your order before confirming.
