Great shoes, terrible return policy. I placed an order and within 2-5mins realised I had order the wrong shoe size. Got in touch with live support right away - they simply couldn't do nothing (you support or not), then emailed actual support. Based on how "our business is run we can't do anything" .. all within 5mins of placing an order. I will never buy from Hyper Ride again (first time buyer) jees, you only have to look at their returns policy to realise it's bs. The amount of hoops. - If you don't get your order right 100% good luck to you.
